The electronic supports built in speakers which allow you to hook up any MP3 player for listening to your favorite music, audio books or podcast. While working out, you can have the freedom of using your smart devices to watch favorite shows or simply use the device on the integrated tablet holder. Moving to the design, Sole E95 is features custom designed foot pedals. These unique foot pedals were developed in collaboration with a leading physical therapist and together with Sole engineers, they designed a 2 degrees inward slope to the foot pedals which reduce ankle and knee stress that’s common to find during working out. The food pedals are also adjustable because everyone’s feet are different so it’s important to adjust the pedals to fit the way you walk which helps to reduce the numb toe effects and sore Achilles tendons helping users to feel less uncomfortable and more focused on accomplishing goals. It also includes oversized foot pedals with durable foam cushioning which allows for additional comfort during workout.

However, Sole E95 isn’t ideal for people with short strides. It cannot download new workouts and it doesn’t come with as many programs as most similarly priced models. The Sole E95 is not compact, it requires spacious room and it doesn’t fold for storage. The machine is quite heavy, but there is a holder on the back to enable for moving it around the room.

Sole E55

Sole E95 is substantially smaller and more compact designed than the E95. Priced at $1,499.99, measures about 6-feet long x 2-feet wide. It features large and easy to use LCD blue backlit electronic console which has all the features of a health club model and includes a built-in cooling fan and water bottle holder. The console also has built in speakers which allow you to hook up any MP3 player (iPod, etc.) for easy listening.

The E55 has 10-item workout menus. Each workout allow adjustment on the elliptical machine’s resistance and incline. The choices are manual mode, five standard elliptical workout programs (Cardio, Fat Burn, Hill, Interval and Strength), two heart rate controlled workouts and two programs created and saved by the user. Any trainee using the Sole Fitness App can set up a user profile to benefit from custom programming.

E55 offers upper body exercise to provide a total body workout. You can incline and control resistance with integrated handles for convenient use a stationary handle bars with built-in pulse sensors for monitoring your heart rate. To monitor your heart rate during work out, a heart rate chest strap is also included for hands free pulse monitoring and heart rate interactive programs.

Similar to E95, the E55 has Bluetooth audio speakers so you can connect and listen to your music from your smart devices through the speakers on the console. You can put your devices on the integrated tablet holder to watch shows or follow workout routines and with USB Port, you don’t have to worry about low battery as it’s able to simultaneously charge your smart devices while working out.
